Description
Cranberry SauceBright and colorful, this dish is surprisingly easy to make. The sweetened tartness of the cranberries deliciously offsets the other main dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 pn cinnamon
- 2 T orange rind, grated
- 2⁄3 c orange juice
- 2⁄3 c raw sugar
- 2 c fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Combine all the cranberries, sugar and orange juice together in a saucepan.
- Place over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring often, until thick – up to about 10 minutes. Stir in the grated orange rind and cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and let set for at least an hour. Serve warm or cold as desired.
