- 1 c confectioners’ powdered sugar, sifted, plus more for dusting
- 1⁄4 c milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix together and whip for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Pour over cooled Carrot Cake Supreme.
