Description
Spinach and CurdYou can choose to puree the spinach or just roughly chop it, or just wash it and throw it right in. The less chopping the more textured the spinach will be.

Ingredients
- 2 c fried paneer or tofu
- 4 c steamed pureed spinach
- 1 t cumin seeds
- 1 t asafetida
- 1 t salt
- 1 t tumeric powder
- 1 T fresh green shili
- 1 T ginger paste
- 2 T Vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafetida, and the chili ginger paste.
Add pureed spinach, salt and turmeric. Stir, cover and cook on medium heat until the spinach is thick and creamy.
Add fried paneer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or flat bread.
